研究方向:
1. 化学模拟生物酶以及惰性小分子活化与仿生催化
通过开展仿生化学固氮的系统研究,提出了利用廉价易得的双核铁硫簇开展仿生化学固氮的一个新策略,具有重要的科学意义和潜在的应用价值。在深入实施仿生化学固氮前沿基础科学研究的同时, 还不断拓展其它仿生酶的新功能,探索CO2、H2O等惰性小分子的活化与催化转化等分子科学,建立了具有特色的“惰性小分子活化与仿生催化”科学研究体系。
2.手性药物合成与不对称催化反应
建立双功能不对称催化新体系,发挥其协同催化作用,在温和条件下,实现高选择性的不对称C—C键生成反应、氢转移还原反应。特别是一步反应同时构建多手性中心的方法,可有效地应用在多种手性药物和天然产物的合成上。
3.生物材料与生物基化学品创制与应用
面向绿色可持续化学,通过化学催化和生物酶催化,以及光、电、磁等外场强化耦合,开展高附加值生物材料与生物基化学品合成的研究。
4.功能性超分子与生物有机光电磁新材料
面向功能导向的超分子合成策略和元素替代战略,开展铁等金属团簇在生物标记、分子器件、分子磁体方面的基础和应用研究。
